TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Michigan Growth Capital Symposium (MGCS) makes absolutely no assurances whatsoever that entrepreneurs will be matched to investors, or vice-versa, through this conference or that entrepreneurs will successfully raise capital through this service. The Michigan Growth Capital Symposium is not a registered securities broker-dealer or investment advisor and, accordingly, the MGCS cannot, and will not, have any involvement in any transaction that may take place between an entrepreneur and an investor matched through this symposium. By accepting the terms of this agreement, the Company authorizes Michigan Growth Capital Symposium to submit its executive summary and other submitted information to members of our selection committee. Additionally, the MGCS cannot be responsible for the release of any confidential, restricted, or proprietary information provided by the Company. The Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Michigan Growth Capital Symposium and any of its employees from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, direct and indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to fees and charges of attorneys and court, and arbitration costs, arising out of or resulting from the performance of the work by or claims against Michigan Growth Capital Symposium related to the services performed for the Company. Companies selected to present at the Michigan Growth Capital Symposium are required to pay a registration fee, at the then current rate, to participate in the event and are also required to attend a separate presentation training session approximately 6-8 weeks before the event. Please do not apply to present if you are unwilling or unable to attend the training session. Presenting companies are responsible for all their own travel related and other costs associated with participating in these events. Upon submission, no refunds are available for these services.
